We have researched, applied, and continuously developed our own tests and procedures over the years – with the goal of providing sound and practical solutions for athletes and active individuals.

Ruedi Wild

Ruedi Wild – Founder & Performance Optimization Expert

As the founder and head of the team, I contribute my many years of experience as a professional triathlete. My goal is to share my knowledge of performance optimization and health and support ambitious athletes in reaching their full potential. Using scientifically sound methods and practical approaches, I help find individual solutions for optimal performance, supporting world-class athletes and national teams in various sports.

For years, I intensively searched for the optimal strategy to integrate my high sweat and sodium losses into an effective nutrition concept. This experience led me to combine scientific findings with practical implementation—knowledge that I now share.

Sporting achievements:

Philippe Vogt

Philippe Vogt – Sports scientist, coach & physiotherapist

As a sports scientist, coach, and physiotherapist, I combine scientific findings with practical solutions to provide targeted support to athletes. My focus is on developing individualized strategies for performance optimization and recovery – based on in-depth analysis and years of experience in supporting athletes.

Through my interdisciplinary training, I understand the complex relationships between training, nutrition, and physiological adaptations. My goal is to help athletes not only maximize their performance but also stay healthy and resilient in the long term.

Lea Wild

Sports physiotherapist

As a sports physiotherapist, my focus is on helping athletes
Not only to support athletes in recovery and injury prevention, but also to maintain their performance over the long term. My in-depth knowledge of health is complemented by the CAS ETH in Nutrition for Disease, Prevention and Health, which enables me to provide holistic support to athletes – from physical endurance to optimal support through targeted nutrition.

Through my interdisciplinary experience, I combine physiotherapy, training and nutrition into a holistic approach that supports athletes in reaching their full potential and sustainably
to stay productive and healthy.
