During exercise, the body loses water and minerals (electrolytes) through sweating, and energy is consumed to perform. COMPETITION® from SPONSER is an acid-free, hypotonic sports drink for the highest energy demands, consisting of a broad mix of carbohydrates with varying glycemic indices. As an ideal thirst quencher, it also supplies the body with the minerals lost during physical activity. COMPETITION® is suitable for supporting physical performance during endurance exercise and for rehydration after physical activity. Thanks to its special composition and very mild flavoring, COMPETITION® is optimally tolerated even in high concentrations and during high-intensity exercise. Contains the five main electrolytes sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and chloride. Calcium plays an important role in energy metabolism and, together with magnesium and potassium, supports muscle function. No added fructose. Free from lactose, gluten, or artificial additives.
This product is vegan.
APPLICATION
Suitable for before, during, or after exercise. Drink approximately 0.5-1 liter every hour, depending on thirst and sweat loss.

PREPARATION
Fill a SPONSER® drinking bottle (750-1000 ml) with cold water and add 4-5 scoops (60-80 g) of powder, shake, and enjoy. Can also be used in a higher concentration for increased energy needs (remains hypotonic up to 90 g per liter).
