ELECTROLYTES by SPONSER® is a refreshing, low-calorie electrolyte drink for sports and leisure!
If training is carried out in the basic or fat metabolism area or if a figure-conscious diet is the priority, an adapted, low carbohydrate intake is advantageous.
This virtually calorie-free thirst quencher comes in the form of an effervescent tablet and provides the electrolytes sodium, magnesium, calcium, chloride, and potassium to replace sweat losses during exercise. Sodium, in particular, is consumed in increased amounts in warm temperatures or during longer training sessions. One effervescent tablet for a 500-750 ml sports drink provides 400 mg of sodium. The unit comes in practical, easy-to-carry packaging and provides 10 drink servings. ELECTROLYTES is available in four flavors.
The zero-carb sports drink is also enriched with zinc, which supports normal fatty acid metabolism. High-intensity training typically requires energy management with sufficient carbohydrates. SPONSER® recommends COMPETITION® or ISOTONIC for this purpose.
This product is vegan.
APPLICATION
Dissolve one effervescent tablet in 500-750 ml of water. Drink according to your individual thirst.

Why should you care about fluid and salt loss?
So that you can maintain your performance for several hours
To regenerate optimally
To develop an individual catering strategy
Therefore, you should know your salt or sodium loss
The composition of sweat varies from athlete to athlete. The sodium content varies between 200 mg/l and 2300 mg/l of sweat. Sweat consists of 99% water and primarily serves thermoregulation. Sodium is the most important electrolyte and main component in sweat.
Disclaimer:
Sports physiology is constantly gaining new insights, allowing for an increasingly individualized assessment of a wide range of influencing factors. SPONSER® considers the rapid progress in measuring individual sweat and salt loss to be a relevant topic for sports nutrition due to the highly individual variations. Such a measurement can be an interesting and potentially performance-enhancing tool for competitive athletes.
