INFO
LIQUID ENERGY ULTRA from SPONSER® is a liquid energy concentrate made from complex carbohydrates and MCT fat (medium-chain triglycerides) from high-quality vegetable oils. The gel was developed to support performance during long, low-intensity endurance exercise and differs from other gels primarily in its higher energy density due to its fat content.
As with all SPONSER products, we place great emphasis on optimal tolerability. MCT provides directly available energy from fat and does not require digestion. It is therefore quickly available without negatively affecting tolerability. Furthermore, the energy supply from MCT conserves the body's glycogen reserves and supports performance over a longer period. The gel is also enriched with salt and BCAA.
The tasty LIQUID ENERGY ULTRA gel made from coconut milk and macadamia is gluten- and lactose-free, as well as free fructose and artificial additives.
APPLICATION
1 sachet every 20 minutes. Follow with approximately 200 ml of water. In combination, we recommend the sports drink "ULTRA COMPETITION" and an additional 20 g of protein (e.g., one ULTRA PRO sachet) every 3-4 hours. In very hot temperatures, take 1-2 additional salt capsules per hour.

Why should you care about fluid and salt loss?
So that you can maintain your performance for several hours
To regenerate optimally
To develop an individual catering strategy
Therefore, you should know your salt or sodium loss
The composition of sweat varies from athlete to athlete. The sodium content varies between 200 mg/l and 2300 mg/l of sweat. Sweat consists of 99% water and primarily serves thermoregulation. Sodium is the most important electrolyte and main component in sweat.
Disclaimer:
Sports physiology is constantly gaining new insights, allowing for an increasingly individualized assessment of a wide range of influencing factors. SPONSER® considers the rapid progress in measuring individual sweat and salt loss to be a relevant topic for sports nutrition due to the highly individual variations. Such a measurement can be an interesting and potentially performance-enhancing tool for competitive athletes.
